Lillian Harrison is the visionary Founder and President of Elevated Community Development Corporation (ECDC). With a background in housing and community services, she has dedicated her career to empowering underserved populations, including justice-involved individuals, displaced veterans, the chronically homeless, and TANF/TANF-like recipients. Lillian's passion for community development led to the transformation of a formerly abandoned National Guard Armory into a thriving community and service center. Under her leadership, ECDC has grown to provide essential programs like housing counseling, financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and business incubation, helping individuals build brighter futures. Lillian's commitment to creating opportunities and fostering community resilience continues to drive ECDC's mission forward.
